RIGHTS OF ADMISSION ARE RESERVED

This is a semi-wilderness area, you will be responsible for your own safety

Continuous / excessive noise isn’t permitted

We DO NOT sell liquor on the property

Use of any narcotics or banned substances will be reported to the local police

Brawls will be reported to the local police

Common areas are for everyone, And not for private parties

Consumption of alcohol in common areas is not allowed, private sit-outs to be used instead

Any damage to the property by the guest will be assessed and charged in the final bill

Late check-in / check out is subject to availability 

Parking, baggage and all other personal belongings will be at your own risk

This is a farmstay and there is NO ROOM SERVICE

Food and eatables are not allowed inside rooms

Outside food is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

There will be NO LIFEGUARD on duty, so swimming will be at your own risk

 

Pets

We are not responsible for the safety of your pets

Bathing and flea dipping must be done before arrival

No more than 1 pet per room

Pets are ​NOT ALLOWED on BEDS, near the POOL and in the DINING area

Any damage done by pets will be charged accordingly

Aggressive and unfriendly pets will have to be kept outside the property

Pet food should be pre-ordered

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 10 days from the booking date: 100% refund of the advance

Cancellation between 5 to 9 days from the booking date: 50% refund of the advance

Cancellation 4 days or less, prior to the booking date: No refund of advance

Kitchen Timings

8:00 am to 2:00 pm

4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
